There are four garden areas, one on each side of the property and referred to here as the North, East, South and West Gardens. The size of each garden is shown in the table.

The East Garden comprises a long narrow lawn bounded on the east side by bushes.

The North Garden is visible from the kitchen window and comprises a small lawn with four rose bushes.

The West Garden is visible from the dining area window and comprises a lawn and a planted area.

The South Garden is by far the largest, occupying more than 40% of the entire property. It is visible from the Living Room and the Principal Bedroom.
