Apart from a tall cupboard in the corner (left), a granite worktop runs the entire length of the kitchen. Above the worktop, large windows look out on roses in the North Garden.

Underneath the worktop there are many cupboards, a tumble-dryer, a washing machine, a dishwasher and a drawer unit.

The worktop continues round the corner and incorporates a ceramic hob with cupboards and two large drawers underneath. Above the hob there is an extractor unit with fan and concealed lighting. To the right of the hob there is a bean-to-cup coffee maker.

A corner unit, angled at 45 degrees, houses an oven, a microwave and more cupboards. Next to the corner unit there is a refrigerator and a freezer with cupboards above.

In the open area of the kitchen there is a four-seater breakfast table.

In the remaining corner there is a large, full height cupboard unit and two full-height storage racks which pull out for easy access.

An open archway leads from the Kitchen into the Dining Area of the Living Room.
