The area of land occupied by the house, including the exterior walls but excluding the first floor balcony, is 198.5 square metres (2,135 square feet).

The house was built in 1997 using materials and workmanship of the highest quality. The exterior walls are 31 cm. thick and are insulated in order to keep the house warm during the winter and cool during the summer.
