The Party House is a separate building situated on the east side of the property, between the main house and the South Garden.

It has many potential uses apart fom parties, including a changing room, a children's play area, a seminar room or a study.

The two main features of the Party House are a wood-fired pizza oven and a huge 12-seater wooden dining table.

Through its doors and windows the Party House has magnificent views of the South Garden, the terrace and the swimming pool.

At the south end of the building there is a separate room which is used for storing gardening tools and machinery.
